4Pretty much perfect: easy, versatile, lightweight
By Hanna Kirby
I picked this up because it was cheap and it would work with my Subaru hatchback. It is lightweight, and it's very quick to put on and take off once you get the top straps adjusted. It's essentially everything I wanted in a bike rack, nothing more and nothing less. I am a pretty careful person so mine has lasted for almost two seasons with no problems to the rack and still going strong; I can't speak to durability if you beat the crap out of it.

The little buttons you push in to extend the rack for the second bike are hard to push in but still manageable (maybe some wd-40 would help).
My roommate's bike did not fit on this rack because it had lots of stuff going on in the triangle below the top tube (dual suspension, I think).

I'm *usually* a careful person, some things to note:
* do not use the rear wiper, I burned up the rear wiper motor which is a potentially expensive fix. Luckily boyfriend replaced the motor fairly easily and cheaply (I can provide the details if you're in a similar bind). Now I have painter's tape in my console and tape off the rear wiper switch when the bike rack is on the car (boyfriend was not excited to replace the motor every season).
* make sure the car and bottom rubber foot are clean, clean, clean (just like the directions tell you to). I have paint scratches where that foot rests. I now have electrical tape over the general area where that foot will normally sit because I don't care too much what my car looks like but don't want any more scratches. I don't know if it'll work. Fingers crossed.
* don't position the carrier too high. I had two bikes and the carrier situated a little too high and I was getting lift on the bikes at 70mph. The bikes were fine; it just made me (and probably anyone driving behind me) very uneasy.

Overall, awesome rack, I've gotten my money's worth and then some.

5Best bike rack!
By odoylerules
I'm so happy with this purchase. I drove up to 140 km/h, over bumps and no problem. Stores nicely. Well done!

4Pretty good but can leave scratches
By Nurav
Overall a really nice product. That being said, there is potential for scratching on your car. Also, there should have been a better system for all the brackets since they just hang around. Other than that its a pretty sweet device compare to the 150 dollar bike rack.

One tip just be extra careful when you strapping the bike in and you will need a bungie cord for the front tire so that you can look that down as well since there is nothing on bike rack to do that.
